MGA Built is a registered commercial builder (CB-L 100343) based in Hillside, servicing all of Victoria. For 16 years we've delivered fitouts, refurbishments and maintenance for business owners, property managers and landlords. We hold the contract, run the job and hand over a space that's ready to use.

How we're different

• We're the builder. One contract and one point of contact. We coordinate every trade, from strip-out and partitions to aluminium glazing and final finishes.

• Hands-on, every job. We're on site, not just on the phone. You get a day-by-day programme and regular updates, and we stick to it.

• Done properly, once. Compliant work, a clean site and defects closed out before handover. Then we stay on call for maintenance.

• Fitouts & Refurbishments: offices, retail, hospitality and commercial interiors, including aluminium glazing and shopfronts.

• Ongoing Maintenance: repairs and upgrades for property managers and owners, scheduled around tenants.

I’ve spent 16 years in commercial construction, starting on the tools and working my way up to running full fitouts. I started MGA Built because clients deserve one builder who answers the phone, turns up when they say they will and does the job properly the first time. Every project still has me on site, start to handover.
